Shipping conditions

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain (Balearic Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, USA, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

Shipping to German islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic (Germany) deliveries: 

We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of € 4.90 per order.

From an order value of 70,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the order value (gross value of goods):

Europa / EU:

• Value of goods up to 35,00 € = 6,90 €
• Value of goods over 35,01 € up to 50 € = 6,90 €
• Value of goods over 50,01 € to 90 € = 9,90 €
• Value of goods over 90,01 € = 12,90 €

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for foreign deliveries within 3 - 14 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you.The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
